Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Clean Earth Consultants (“Clean Earth,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit www.cleanearthconsultants.com or request a solar quote. By using our site or submitting our form, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you submit our quote form or contact us, we collect the details you give us:

  • Your name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • The consent you provide to be contacted
  • Any additional details you share during your consultation — such as your home address, utility provider, and energy usage — so we can prepare your quote

Information collected automatically. When you use our site, we automatically collect limited technical data — such as your device and browser type, IP address, the pages you view, and general usage — through privacy-focused analytics and performance tools and standard server logs. See “Cookies & analytics” below.

2. How we use your information

  • Respond to your request and prepare your free savings breakdown
  • Contact you by phone, text, and email about your solar quote
  • Schedule consultations and coordinate the design, financing, and installation of your system
  • Operate, secure, and improve our website
  • Comply with law and protect our rights

3. Text messages (SMS)

By providing your phone number and checking the consent box, you agree that Clean Earth and our solar consultants may call and text you about your quote. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. We do not share your mobile opt-in or text-messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing.

4. How we share your information

We share your information only as needed to serve you and run our business:

  • Service providers — such as our customer relationship management (CRM), hosting, and analytics providers, who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
  • Installation & financing partners — as needed to design, quote, finance, and install your solar system.
  • Legal & safety — to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights and safety of others.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies, along with privacy-focused analytics and performance tools, to operate our site, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how the site works.

6. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy and to meet our legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your California privacy rights

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), California residents may have the right to:

  • Know and access the personal information we collect about you
  • Request that we delete your personal information
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights

As noted above, we do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA. To exercise a right, email us at contact@cleanearthconsultants.com or call (714) 388-2036. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

9. Children's privacy

Our site is intended for adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices; please review their policies.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes will be posted on this page.
